Senior Property Manager / Area Property Manager
- Min. 7 yrs property management experience in which at least 3 yrs in managerial level
- Being member of HKIH/CIH or equivalent qualification is an advantage
- Conversant with Deed of Mutual Covenant and Building Management Ordinance
- Excellent in both written & spoken English & Chinese
- Effective interpersonal, presentation, leadership, planning and organizing skills
Property Manager / Assistant Property Manager

- F.5 or above, 1-2 years relevantexperience

Assistant Accounting Supervisor
- F.7 or above with LCC Third Level in Accounting
- 2 years relevant experience in full set of A/C
- Supervision experience is an advantage
- PC knowledge & able to work under pressure
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Accounts Clerk
- Wokring location at Hunghom or Tuen Mun
Accounts Clerk / Clerk
- F.5 or above with LCC Intermediate in Accounting
- 1-2 years relevant experience in full set of A/C
- PC knowledge & able to work under pressure
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Clerk
- Working location at Hunghom or Tuen Mun
Assistant Maintenance Officer (Ref: AMO)
- Certificate or above in Building Studies, Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or
related discipline
- Experience in building renovation, maintenance & checking completion of works
- Preferably a registered Grade A or Grade B electrical worker
- Experience in tender documentation is a preference
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Assistant
Technician
- Experience in building inspect, maintain, repair, and replace building mechanical and electrical systems
Security Guard
- Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit
